Season chicken and/or beef with pepper and chicken cube. Place in 1/2 cup of water and boil for 10 minutes. Combine all ingredients plus 3/4 can of water. Cook over medium heat for 50 to 60 minutes stirring regularily until chicken and beef are done are sauce is thick. Serve with Parboiled Rice, White rice, Fresh Cassava Fufu, Banku or Attieke.

In a large bowl, combine egg, salt, baking powder, sugar, and nutmeg and mix well. Add warm water and mix well again. Gradually stir in flour until the dough is stiff and a little bit sticky. Roll dough into balls the size of walnuts. Pour 1/2 inch oil into pan and heat over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes. Place dough balls into the oil a few at a time and fry for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from oil and drain on paper towel. Serve while warm.
